Can i be a wine and food volunteer?

Of course! The more the merrier!

I WANT TO BE A WINE SPONSOR. HOW MANY BOTTLES SHOULD I BRING?

We recommend 16 bottles, or 4 boxes, of wine per concert. Boxed wine (we recommend "House Wine”) is usually the most economical and sustainable.

How much room do I need for a house concert?

The typical guest count for a house concert is 20 - 30 people. The maximum number of performers we will have is four (typically a string quartet). The musicians and their music stands would need enough room to fit comfortably, and the audience should be able to see the performers. If you have a piano, we can also program works involving it as well.

Do we need to provide food as part of hosting a house concert?

In the past, many of our house concerts have been “pot-luck” style. There is no requirement to provide refreshments, however it is a nice touch.

How much are tickets?

All SRMF concerts are FREE. If you would like to donate a typical cost of a ticket ($30-$40), CLICK HERE. We also provide a collection basket at every concert if you would like to donate via check.
